Well-being@Work© Movement
The vision of the Well-Being@Work© (W@W©) Movement establish the first globally validated standard for workplace well-being by scaling the World W@W© Index to 150 countries and through a live, universally accessible dashboard that empowers nations, organizations, and leaders to champion better work-life for all.
The W@W© Index measures Psychosocial Risk, Psychosocial Well-being, and Psychological Safety and is aligned with ISO 45003, the UN SDGs, ILO guidelines, and national legislations like Malaysia’s OSH Act. Delivered through the real-time PsychMe App and Dashboard, it is trusted by leading organizations including Gentari, CelcomDigi, MBSB, Sarawak Oil Palms, the Malaysia Bar, ICDM, and The Access Group.
The W@W© movement is backed by a growing coalition of government bodies, institutions, agencies, and universities, including the Ministry of Health, National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Sunway University, Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM), Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF), Malaysian Oil, Gas and Services Council (MOGSC), and the Malaysian Institute of Corporate Governance (MICG). Driving this momentum is a dedicated network of over 20 senior Business, HR, and HSE leaders.
Powered by O Psych, the consulting arm behind the W@W© movement, the initiative has already made its mark with the publication of the 2025 Malaysia Well-Being@Work© Report, and peer-reviewed research paper from the W@W© Index published in the Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources.
The findings from the W@W© Index have gained media attention from outlets including New Straits Times, Astro Awani and BFM.
