The Culture Maturity Model and Survey
The Culture Maturity Survey measures your organisation’s stage of culture transformation and how well Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values are embedded in daily practice. To support this, O-Psych has developed the Culture Maturity Model, adapted from the Generative Culture Model, to assess where an organisation stands in its culture journey. The model is simple yet highly effective in identifying specific calls to action. It highlights what is needed to drive meaningful actions and results at the individual, team, and organisational levels. By providing clarity on progress and areas for growth, the Survey empowers leaders to stay accountable and build a thriving, future-ready culture.
Culture maturity levels describe how deeply an organisation’s purpose, vision, and values are embedded in the way people think, feel, and act. They reflect the overall stage of cultural transformation within the organisation.
The Culture Maturity Personas
Personas are the human expression of each culture maturity level. They illustrate the typical mindsets and behaviours of employees within that stage of maturity. Personas bring the culture to life by showing how people act, what they prioritise, and how they relate to purpose, vision, and values in their day-to-day work.
